Your story and life experience are unique, which is why Pleasure Maven is a blend of curated curriculum and customized sessions. After studying with the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality, my coaching practice incorporates the VITA coaching methodology which, “combines the most effective teaching of modern neurobiology, holistic healing, and modern coaching, and blends them with the ancient & powerful teachings of Tantra, Taoism, and Sacred Sexuality.” - Layla Martin
Pricing Options:
Level 1
$225-$250/session
For individuals with financial stability, including savings, investments, property, or the ability to travel. This tier helps support the accessibility of coaching for others.
Level 2
$150 - $200/session
For individuals who fall between Level 1 and Level 3. Those with moderate financial flexibility, including some savings or investments, but still managing financial priorities.
Level 3
$120- $150/session
Designed for individuals experiencing financial instability, including low-income or limited resources. This tier ensures that coaching remains accessible for those committed to personal growth despite financial challenges.
*A minimum commitment of four months is required for all 1:1 coaching packages.

Yes! This coaching program is designed for people who are single as well as those within relationships. I have had many people who are single or casually dating take this course and have phenomenal results. With all of my clients, I start by focusing on your relationship with yourself and then we can move into your desires within your relationship with others or future relationships.

Somatic originates from the Greek word ‘soma’ which means body. Somatic healing is a form of healing that focuses on the body's wisdom and its role in emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being. Somatic healing recognizes that the body holds onto and stores emotions, memories, and trauma. The goal of somatic healing is to release tension, stress, and unresolved trauma from the body, and to promote healing, integration, and balance on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
Nervous system-based healing refers to a type of healing approach that focuses on the role of the nervous system in our overall well-being and healing process. The nervous system is a complex network of nerves and cells that transmit signals between different parts of the body and the brain, and it plays a crucial role in regulating our physiological and emotional responses to stress, trauma, and other experiences.
Nervous system-based healing recognizes that the nervous system can hold onto unresolved stress, trauma, and emotional imprints, which can impact our physical, mental, and emotional health. This approach seeks to address these imprints and promote healing through techniques that work directly with the nervous system.
Long story short, we will be working more with the body and nervous system than the analytical mind. It’s crucial to get out of the head in order to reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

I do not currently work with couples but if a client is interested in bringing this work into their relationship, I often offer different practices and exercises that can be done with a partner. I always begin our coaching container with the main focus on the client’s relationship with themselves and once that foundation is laid, we then open up our work to their relationship with others.

I work with all relationship styles. I have worked with couples practicing non-monogamy, polyamory, monogamy, and everything in between.

Yes, unfortunately, most of the clients I have worked with have experienced some form of sexual trauma. My coaching style incorporates a trauma-informed approach so that the client can move at a pace that feels safe enough for the mind and body. My goal as a coach is to acknowledge and honor your past while teaching you tools to heal and live a fulfilling and pleasure-based life.
